the t.v. in the living room shows it, the one in the bedroom doesnt. it did until recently

Are you a DirecTV Satellite Subscriber or a DirecTV Stream subscriber?

There is a known issue with subscribers using streaming devices with the service accessing Bally Sports. Best to contact support for any update. Many posts on the issue if you want to search and get familiar with the problem.
