Ballys sports choppy picture

Has something recently changed with Ballys? Picture looks great but is choppy as heck. Actually is hard to watch. Is NOT an internet problem. I’ve had the same internet and Ballys stream for a while and just in the last few weeks have been experiencing these issues. When watch on the tv with the box, seems fine, but others are bad.
