Billing and location zip codes are different

I live in a small town that only has a post office. That zip code is my billing zip code and the one that I would like to use to get my local channels from. My physical address is listed in a zip that actually runs from the neighboring county. The local channels from there are different and that is how my device is determining what local channels I get. Can I get that changed somehow? Support says "No" at this time.

My billing address is in a zip code that is different than the physical location of my equipment. How do I make changes so that I can get local channels?

Seems like there should be a way to do this by logging onto my account. But not so!!

Thank you

What device are you using? Local and regional programming is based on your billing address and the physical location of the device (router IP address). Have you verified what channels you should be receiving based on your zip code using the local channel tool located here

I know some DirecTV customers who have 2 homes. They carry their DirecTV equipment when they move from one house to the other and are able to change their account so they get local channels.

What are the steps to accomplish that?

Thank youu
