Billing zip code and location zip code not the same

In System Summary on our Genie my billing zip code (75009) is correct but the Location Zip Code is listed as 30044 which is Atlanta. We get local channels for Atlanta not Dallas. I’ve tried the turn Location Off/Restart/Location On thing several times but the location zip is still Atlanta. 
It says “Location Zip Code” in the Local Channel Determination line in our System Summary.

How do I make it use my billing zip so we can get our correct local channels?

if we stream on our FireStick, the local channels are correct. Super frustrating.
