Bitrate and stream quality of nba channels are attrocious

I am trying to watch the nba through my streaming package, which includes league pass and it is almost unwatchable compared to other options. The broadcast appears good on the mobile app or on a roku app for example, but the browser streaming is terrible. This is a core part of the functionality of your service and it incentivizses me to cancel my directtv subscription or at the very least stop watching league pass with you since it is so bad. Pirated streams appear at a better quality, which really puts to shame whatever changes you have made.

Additionally I saw a forum where a staff or support member mentioned that this has been done to comply with security considerations or restrictions, but this is not an acceptable result for the consumer. I support for example not stealing the NBA's content, but this result would incentivise me to simply stop paying for this dog(Edited per community guidelines) product and turn to pirating for a higher or same quality stream.

If you wont fight for your customer, you will lose them. Especially because this makes no sense as someone can still simply pirate from a streaming device or the mobile app if they wish to.

This directly represents your consumer's lack of tolerance for this terrible, poor, and insulting downgrafing of service.
