You'll need to contact Amazon regarding Prime Video streaming issues with their FireStick. That's got nothing to do with DirecTV Stream.

Now that I read it, are you trying to say that installing Prime Video on your Fire Stick messed up DIRECTV STREAM? Is DIRECTV stream having channel issues? Prime Video doesn’t have ‘channels’ so you could be talking about DIRECTV STREAM.
