black screen

ive deleted app and reinstalled and im still getting a black screen on my iphone13. It swirls, then all I see is a black screen!!

Looking into this further we recommend resetting your password and logging in again.  Do you have more than one DIRECTV service? DIRECTV

No, my TV works fine. My iPhone is the only thing I’m having trouble on. I have deleted the app four times and yes, I reset my password and I’m still getting a black screen on my iPhone.

I have an iPhone 13 and I just discovered that the DIRECTV stream also doesn’t work on my Dell laptop either

It’s a little aggravating because after I initially called I had to call back a week later about my issue and according to them, it’s an isolated incident so at this time it’s not even a priority.
