Blocked streams

I have a stream outside the home WiFi….and one on the WiFi.  When I try to start another stream on the home WiFi….it says there are more than 2 streams outside the home WiFi.  My questions is this…I have Netgear Orbi for the home WiFi…so I’m not on the AT&T WiFi router on my WiFi.  Is this what is causing the issue?  How can I fix that?

Hey @Mscreasy! We're here to help with your streaming situation.

You can enjoy a maximum of three streaming out of home. Keeping in mind when you signed into the DIRECTV STREAM app through your TV on your home WI-FI network, the home network is set automatically for all devices.

All devices streaming DIRECTV STREAM on the in-home network need to connect to the same network through a WI-FI or wired connection.
Just a head's up! WI-FI extender(s) may have a different network address than the modem. This might cause devices within the home to use the out of home network streams.
