Buffering while watching live TV only
I am starting to buffer only when I am watching live TV. Tested internet and speeds and all is good. On demand works fine. Other tv platforms work fine only buffers on live TV. Even does it on my cell phone that is not connected to the same internet.

What streaming device are you using? What did the internet speed test tell you? Have you tried restarting the streaming device or reinstalling the DIRECTV STREAM app?

What device are you using to view DirecTV Stream?
When you say you tested your your Internet, was it done on the device, you were watching DirecTV Stream on?

Looks like it is a selected channel that is buffering and not all channels.
