I’d love to know how it’s a device issue when it’s happening on every single one of my televisions in my house (4 fire stick tvs), and ESPN+ is working perfectly fine. I’ve gone room to room now, restarted each and factory reset one. I just wanna watch the Illinois game, what’s going on 😭
I just tried it on my Roku, doesn’t work. Also doesn’t work on an expensive PC running windows 11 using Chrome, Edge, or Vivaldi. Doesn’t work on my PS5, or on my aunts tv who lives an hour away. Just because you’re not having issues doesn’t mean there’s NOT a problem with the service. That’s how technology works??? If all you’re gonna do is belittle people who need help why are you on here? If you can’t offer anymore help then go elsewhere?
...and just because you are having issues does not mean it's the service. I am not belittling anyone. If can can't take the comments, then post elsewhere. Contact support if the issue continues, then.

You tell me! Need more information. What device? All channels? Live or on demand? Wireless or Ethernet?

Same old story. Those devices are just junk. Obvious a device issue. Normal troubleshooting: restart device or factory reset if continues.

Did everything except factory reset. Check my router. 100%.

You have limited options that you can control.

I am having no issues. Using fire sticks and Roku. Everyone's environment is different.

I can watch the game on my phone's directtv app connected to same wifi no issue.
I can watch it on same firestick on the espn app connected to same wifi With no issues.
It is only when I use the directtv app on the firestick that it constantly gets the network congestion message, and game is un watchable.
