No, only one per account. The same list will show up on all devices, when signed into that account.

Please let there be more than one favorite list on streaming It is too much to just have one Figure out a way I also miss being able to extend programing and 3 problem is not being able to view from the beginning if recording something FUBO has these features you can too

More than one favorites list would require per-viewer profiles. Unfortunately, while profiles were mentioned as “coming soon” 6 or 7 years ago (back when this was still part of AT&T), nothing more was ever heard about it. It’s conceivable they’ll add them someday, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Being able to manually extend a recording has been requested for a very long time, with no results. Depending on how they implement the DVR, this could be quite easy to implement or fairly difficult. In either case, it should certainly be doable. We have no idea why they haven’t, but again, given how long it’s been asked for without getting it, I again wouldn’t hold my breath.
As far as being able to restart programs from the beginning - that feature already exists, but only for some programs. Those that can be restarted show a curving back arrow in the guide and on the info overlay on the program itself. Restart by selecting that icon.
