Can not login to Directv Stream app
When I try to login to directv stream on my phone or my tv, I get a message that says "incorrect user ID and Password" code 0017. My ID and Password are correct. I can login to my directv account, I just can't watch tv. I have been online with support twice and they can't fix the problem. They say it is a system issue, but it has been over a week. Anyone else having the same issue or have a fix?

Are you a DirecTV Stream or DirecTV Satellite customer?
Were you previously a DirecTV Satellite customer? If so, did you use a different email address when signing up for Stream?

I was a direct tv satellite customer. I have been a directv stream customer for a couple years. I believe I had the same email address for both.
