Can’t get Netflix and Prime to save to favorites
I can’t get Netflix and Prime to save to favorites on my guide. I can find them and they work when I click on them, but I can’t get them on my “favorites” list. This is while using the DIRECTV box.
Help?

That feature isn't available. U can only see them in the guide when "all" is chosen.

Well that (Edited per community guidelines), you would think that if it’s on the guide you could use ALL of the guides functions.

While I would tend to agree, they aren't actually "channels", just shortcuts to start external apps, so they are treated differently.

Was looking for an answer to this as well. Frustrating to see the heart there but not be able to select it. Almost makes the cool feature of integrating the app into the Guide, worthless. Who wants to scroll endlessly through unfiltered channels to reach it?
