Can't record programs
When I try to record certain programs (on the local PBS channel), I get a message that says, "Whoops, this program has already aired and can't be recorded anymore." This is for programs that may be reruns, but are on the schedule for airplay within the next several days. We have tried the Diagnostic Reset process and also updating our IP address (we use the streaming service at two different locations during each year), but the problem persists. Do you have a suggested fix for this?
