care code 205.4
I have a Samsung Smart TV and I have added the Direct TV app on the TV and I am using the same user name and Password on the TV in the bedroom (which works fine). I am getting the message
Hmm, that isn't the ID you set up for this service. try signing in with another ID . care code 205.4.how do I fix this.

Are you a previous satellite subscriber using the same credentials? You need to use a different email for the service. Care codes are DirecTV errors.
