CARE CODE 500
I have called AT&T multiple times about this error that appears on each of my Roku devices in my home and no one seems to have any clue what I am talking about. I keep getting told 1. Uninstall and re install; 2. Change my password; 3. Restart my devices. Nothing works. No one on the phone has any clue how to fix it. Help please, I would like to use what I pay for!

They have been a lot of issues lately since they have combined both the satellite DirecTV and internet DirecTV Stream services into one app. Some bugs are being worked out, for sure.

I’m experiencing the same. Failure on Direct TV app, AT&T app and Smart Home app.
