Care code
If you guys at DIRECTV want us to leave, just say so. I have been on the phone about this problem several times and come here and see the same complaint by other customers and I’ve heard everything from me doing something wrong to y’all have never heard of this problem. Admit y’all have a problem and make it right. How come no one at DIRECTV has never heard of care code 500 when the errs code comes from y’all after saying that y’all are having the issue?
I was told someone would call me to fix the problem and nothing yet. Why?

Care codes are DirecTV error codes not DirecTV Stream. Are you a previous satellite user? Using the same credentials? You need to use different credentials then you use for DirecTV. Known issue reported all over the forums. Use a different email/password.
