Channel 80 (COZI) and Channel 82 (BOUNCE) ...

Bounce (channel 82) can only be enjoyed on the Choice Package and ABOVE.

COZI (channel 80) can also only be enjoyed on the Choice Package and ABOVE.

Therefore, you cannot enjoy either channels if you downgrade to Entertainment.

Yes, I looked at the channel lineups but I have the choice package and have those two channels and they're not listed anywhere in the channel lineups. That's why I called DIRECTV stream but they had no idea.

It shows up when I check out the channel lineup both of those channels are available for the CHOICE package and above.  They are both new channels that Directv has just added in the past month.  They also added GRIT Channel 81 and ion channel 305 at the same time.  The only channel that is available on all the packages is the ion channel.

Yeah I found it thanks. It looked like DIRECTV but it had a /cf after it and I think it might have been one of their sales sites. But I believe I downloaded the PDF version and it wasn't there.  Anyway I appreciate all the help

That PDF was probably out of date. They are notorious about not updating.
