Channels Constantly Freezing

I just started using this as my primary streaming service about a month ago, simply because Direct TV carries the YES Network.  I don't watch a lot of TV, but when I do, I usually like to have the Yankee game on (thus the reason for wanting YES in my channel lineup).  However, my experience thus far has been just awful.  Most channels are fine most of the time, but the YES Network in particular freezes up every few seconds... Every day.  Every time.

I stream from my iPhone via Chromecast and I've tried everything I can think of - restarting my router, re-installing the app, restarting my iphone, unplugging and restarting the Chromecast.  Nothing works!  I have two TVs and two Chromecasts and it's the same issue with the same channel on both setups.  I've never had any issues with any other streaming services... so what gives?  What's the solution here?  Appreciate any guidance or direction.  Thanks!

Get a real streaming device and stop using chromecast and your phone

Dtv Stream box, Firestick, Roku, Apple tv.

I have a Firestick. Have had it for more than a year. We are having VERY SIMILAR problems! Trying to watch the game, and it crashes, freezes, just dies, or won't open. Other channels work. It tells me there is no Internet... yet, if I run the diagnostic, it reports full access and speed. Ads and promos always work. If I clear the cache of the DirecTV app, SOMETIMES I can get the YES channel to work... but it won't STAY working. It will freeze, or lose audio. It only started doing this about a week or two ago. Other networks are fine. (Youtube, Paramount+) I am getting ready to cancel outright.
