Choppy video Cavaliers game

Experiencing choppy video watching Cavs games over course of last few weeks… restarted DirectTV app as well as Roku… problem persists…. Hoops games on other channels are fine

There are different Bally Sports channels depending on the zip code in your account. Could you tell me the exact service zip code instead?

I believe it would be Bally Sports Cleveland as they are the only network to be offering Cleveland Cavalier exclusive broadcasts through NBA League Pass.

Correct… Bally Sports Cleveland… used to be Bally Sports Great Lakes I think 

it streams fine on my phone & iPad

Same issue here, very choppy, unwatchable.   DTVS + Roku (multiple models, new ones too).   BSN Cleveland Basketball - Zip 44212    I can use the Ballys app, but honestly not why I signed up for DTVS.   Help please.   Tried all of the troubleshooting.  Thanks

I swapped out a newer Roku from another tv in the house and it seems that may have been my issue…. Much better video….

Still not sure why “only Bally’s sports Cavs broadcasts” developed this issue and not “any other networks college/pro broadcasts” …. They are/have been fine
