Clear Cloud DVR shows

I recently changed my Directv stream package and it now only has 20 hours of cloud DVR, but my prior package allowed the max.   I need to clear out the prior shows so I can start again.  The Cloud DVR page doesn't show me the list of recordings so I can delete them - it just shows that I have 0 hours available.  How do I clear out all of them to start again?

Have you tried going to your DirecTV Stream on line account, and tried going into Manage My Cloud DVR to see if you could do anything from there?
