Closed Captioning - KVUE Austin (ABC)

We have DirecTV over internet (using Gemini Air devices).  The closed captioning on KVUE Austin (ABC) has been jacked up for a week now. Best way to describe it is it looks like someone who does not know how to spell or form correct sentences is who is doing the closed captioning. 

i only really used the closed captioning on the prime time ABC shows I watch (not local news or anything like that) and KVUE is the only channel this happens on. 

I’m assuming the issue is on KVUE’s end and I would need to reach out to them in order to have someone fix this?
