Code 0018- Apple TV DirectTV Stream

I am trying to login to directtv stream app on my apple tv and every time it gives me the error code 0018. I tried reinstalling and restarting my apple tv and still the error appears. I also have single sign on turned off and currently don't have it logged in to any tv provider. I was able to login and watch on my iphone and computer but for some reason I'm getting the same error code. I've been following instructions from the threads but I'm not getting any solution.
