cursor jumps multiple lines

when viewing the guide on my roku, pressing the up or down arrow mover the cursor multiple lines with a single press.

Have you tried updating or reinstalling the DIRECTV STREAM application? Restarting the Roku and keeping it updated can also help.

@DIRECTVhelp - since there have been a lot of reports of the same issue, why do you think taking the issue private is valuable to anyone?  The device is a Roku - if you want to know the model, ask here - that isn’t personal info.

@PNerad this is an issue at Roku OS level. As a workaround try this - Try this Settings/System/Power/System Restart (from @doo4usc44 at other forums post)
