Device limit

Why do I keep getting that there are too many devices signed into my Directv now and only one is currently pulled up and using it to watch tv

We'd like to ask some questions to make sure we cover all the points that might affect your DIRECTV STREAM concurrency. Is your device connected at your home location where the network was established? Also, have you recently used different devices to stream with your services?

The information will be helpful to review further options. Meanwhile, you can learn about device and stream limits based on the type of account you have which can be DIRECTV NOW or DIRECTV STREAM (previously called AT&T TV NOW).

Additionally, you can try uninstall the app and installing it again to see if it works.
