Direct tv app resubscribe

When I open my iPhone app it tells me I have to resubscribe and I need to call. My husband’s iPhone works just fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve checked for updates. I’ve cut my phone off and back on. Nothing works for my phone. Anybody got any help?
