Direct TV Stream Guide issues

When we put some stations as “favorites” with hearts and return to see the entire guide there isn’t any station logos just all hearts. How do I get the station logos back??

Have both Roku and Firestick.  Within the past few weeks, the channel logos HAVE disappeared from the Channel Guide when using the Firestick.  They work properly using Roku.  Seems there is a problem on Amazon's end.

I have tried rebooting, removing the favorites, and clearing the cache.  Nothing seems to work.

When you change the filter on the side to all, recent etc do the logos appear?

Having the same issue on multiple Firestick 4k's. Switched to these from Roku due to sound issues with the Roku....Direct TV sidesteps the issues and says its not them...frustrating beyond belief

I posted 6 days ago of the issue with the Firestick, but not Roku.  Today, my Firestick announced an update to my 4k Firestick.  After the short update, the channel logos in the Channel guide have returned.  All appears to again work.  Perhaps go into settings and check for updates (didn't work for me when I tried when I posted before) or wait for Amazon to send the update (believe they stagger sending updates).  

Bottom line:  after today's 4k Firestick update, Channel Guide logos have returned.

@ratman5717  I didn't say others aren't having an issue. Don't put words into my mouth. I was just reporting my experience bc most people aren't having this problem.

Current software version number is 4.0.31.36712  Everyone needs to make sure their app is updated

Welp, contrary to my post of just a day ago, the channel logos have once again disappeared.  At this juncture, it's clearly either an Amazon or ATT problem.  It works on Roku just fine, so it would seem to suggest an Amazon app issue.  Final step I just did was clear the cache on the app, did a force stop, and then relaunched the app.  All the channel logos reappeared.  Not sure what is causing them to disappear in the first place.

In any event, for those who are still missing the channel logos using the Firestick, perhaps try clearing the cache on the app, force stop, and then relaunch.  It worked for me today.  Tomorrow's another day.
