Direct TV Stream

Lately I have been getting message "There's a problem with this channel. Whoops, looks like the video feed for this channel isn't working.

It even comes up on recorded shows whether my TV is on or not.  The box is hard wired to my network so there is no WiFi involved.

What can we do to resolve this issue.

Hi @COMPDOC5, we want to help you to get access to your favorite channels and recordings.
Can you confirm if you are also getting this issue on other devices (phone, tablet, or PC)? Also, we'd like to know which channels are affected.

In the meantime, let's try out these steps:

1) Press the red reset button on the side of the device to restart it.
2) Press Home on your DIRECTV STREAM remote.
3) Choose Settings, then Help.
4) Select Troubleshooting, then Run Network Diagnostics.

In this case can you please troubleshoot your main receiver by following the steps that we sent before?
