Do I need separate accounts to stream and watch tv at our Florida and NJresidences. We are only in one location at a time so we would not be streaming at both locations

No. You can use the same streaming account for NJ. There is just a three simultaneous stream limitation. Depending on whether or not your decide has Location Services, you may or may not be able to watch local channels for NJ in NJ.

Hello. You can use the DIRECTV STREAM app on other locations with no major limitations. The only restrictions you may encounter are no access to certain local channels because they are broadcasted based on your current location, and some channel networks only allow three streams simultaneously. This includes both watching in-home or on the go. These networks include Fox channels such as Big Ten Network, Fox News, Fox Business, FS1, FS2, Fox Deportes, Fox Local and STARZ.
