DirectTV Stream sound on only one channel
I have just started using DirectTV stream. The sound works on every station except the NBC affiliate in Dallas. I have updated and restarted the Roku device, I have deleted and reinstalled the DirectTV stream app on Roku. I have shut down my wifi network and restarted it. None of that has made any difference. The sound worked perfectly for the first few days I had DirectTV stream, and then stopped working. It has now been at least 5 days without sound on ONLY that one channel.
Anyone have any idea what the problem is and how I can fix it?

@Bass2726 if this happens on only one channel, it might be a provider issue, not a device/DIRECTV STREAM issue.
DIRECTV representatives here should be able to help here and bring this up with the provider itself. I'm in CA so I'm not able to replicate your issue.

Your best bet would be to talk with customer service or DM them on here and tell them the issue that you are having they might be able to do something on their end to reset that would make it come in. I had the same issue just with a different channel and they were able to fix the issue!

@Bass2726 I have two friends at Dallas using Rokus, and neither one of them could replicate the issue you have. So probably the provider fixed the issue already? Just providing some feedback.

Right channel audio predominantly on local station wlbt channel 3 Jackson, Mississippi on DIRECTV stream. Very low sound on left channel. All other channels are ok. Notified station also.
