Directv app on iPhone and iPad stopped working.

Directv stream app on iPhone and iPad stopped working 1 month ago. Talked to countless tech support. All say delete app, reinstall app, update devices, restart devices, reboot modem. Nothing! TV’s working great in room where message “Care code 600” on phone or “tv provider temporarily unavailable try again later” and I’m watching tv! Had Directv dish b4 and switched to stream. Just Apple devices not working. Any help?????
