Why did you release an app that doesn't work? If you have Motorola phone, you cannot use the new app and the old app is no longer available. This has been an issue for months. Can it be resolved?

What is your exact Motorola phone model? As long as it is on an up-to-date Android OS then you should be able to get the newer DIRECTV app fine.

Working fine on my Motorola Edge 5G UW phone. No issues at all streaming the service.

Yes, I spoke with Directv support and it's a known issue they are working on. Frustrating because they been working on it for months now.
