Directv intermittently losing network connection
I'm a day in on a directv trial, and numerous times I've gotten a message that it lost network coverage. There hasn't been anything wrong with our network, and when I go into network settings, it says there is an excellent connection. Even when it says it supposedly lost connection. Has anyone dealt with this before?

What streaming device?
How is the device connected to your home network? WiFi or ethernet?

Have you tried resetting your router? Sometimes that can help, with dropped signal.
Also try switching from 2.4 GHz to 5.0 GHz or the other way around, and see if that makes a difference. I had that issue, you are having, a few years ago and the problem ended up being something was wrong with my 2.4 signal, on the router, 5.0 GHz worked fine and I had to buy a new router to solve the issue.

I have 2 directv streaming boxes, both connected to wifi. My internet and wifi work just fine as I work from home and my computer and phone are always connected with no problem, but not a day goes by where one or other of the TV's gives a message saying's it's not connected to the network. An ethernet is not an option as my modem is in my office and cannot be physically connected. I then have to restart or unplug the TV's or the cords and let it run through it's course and then it works fine. Yes I've pressed the red reset button and I have also reset the router and didn't make a bit of difference. It's a pain and have no idea why this issue but I know it will work so it's not like I get stressed or anything. But want you to know you're not the only one.

If your stream box is having issues holding a wifi connection, you can buy a wifi extender for pretty cheap on amazon----then connect your Dtv Stream box via ethernet cable to the Wifi extender. Let an extender handle the wifi connection
