Directv problem

I have a problem with my direct TV app and every time I try opening it. It says We weren't able to load this content. Any ideas how to fix on my roku device TV. I have tried deleting,rebooting my TV. Nothing worked.

Do other streaming apps work? How is your Internet speed (upload and download)? Has this been an issue in the past, and have there been any recent changes that would explain this change? Are you able to stream DIRECTV STREAM on other devices on the same Wi-Fi network?
