Directv Stream 10006 error

I have 4 TV's in my house, running Directv Stream (DS) on Chromecast. Just wife and I at home as kids are grown.  Couple days ago TV in upstairs great room would not connect to a channel. When you select a channel, it starts flashing in and out then fails with the blue screen that says fail to load (I've tried attaching pictures, but they keep failing).

The weird part is, there are no problems running DS on any other TV's (all have the same version and build #) or pc/phone/tablets.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled DS app 4 times. Internet is over 450 mbs down.  Network and modem have been restarted a couple times too!
