Directv stream box picture go's black
Directv stream box picture go's black every few minutes but I can still hear the sound. I have to turn the box off and then back on to see the picture again. After I restart the box the picture will stay on between 5 and 25 minutes. Thanks for the help.

How is the DIRECTV STREAM device being powered? When it goes ‘black’, does your TV itself say ‘No Signal’ or is there just a black screen? Does the TV do this with other devices? Have you tried switching HDMI ports and HDMI cables?

Wi-Fi or Ethernet? Internet speed? It may be due to low internet speed causing video to not display but audio continues. I have experienced similar conditions. If possible, try an Ethernet connection to verify.
