DirecTV Stream Guide Does Not Include Channel Logos
Frequently, when I access the DirecTV Stream Guide, the logos which correspond to the individual channels do not appear. When I restart the Firestick 4K HD, or uninstall and reinstall the DirecTV Stream app, the logos appear upon the first access to the guide but disappear on subsequent accesses. Is there a configuration setting I can use that will result in the consistent display of the logos? It's annoying to browse through the programs without corresponding logos which represent the different channels. Thanks very much for any help.

You have to exit the app properly when you are done using it. Hit the back button on the firestick remote when you are done using the app ---then hit exit on the popup screen. Do that every time u quit the app and u will never see the issue again. Hitting the home button on the remote is not the proper way to exit the app. That's what causes the glitch.
