Directv Stream not working on my internet Starlink.

"Dear Directv Stream, I experienced issues accessing content that is geolocation restricted on Starlink internet. I was provided the following information to relay to you to help resolve this: Starlink is a new global Internet Service Provider and our IPv4 address space is continuously expanding. Per RFC 8805, Starlink's Self-Published IP Geolocation Feeds can be found at the following link for machine consumption: https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv. This is currently being ingested at a regular schedule with major geolocation providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, we request that you update your geolocation records per the self-published feed or utilize the major geolocation providers."

Post responses or solutions here so we know what's going when we have the same issue. I see DirecTV Stream losing a lot of customers over this issue.  I have been out of DirecTV Stream for a week.

I am having the same issue.  The app will not even load over starlink but does fine with cell hotspot.  I have very good starlink speeds, and virtually every other streaming feed i have tried works, even the little local news apps and smaller streaming services  (as well as prime, youtube and netflix).  I have tried on a firestick, a roku, a macbook and an android tablet.  They all fail very early before i can even select a channel.  For the most part the app doesnt even start.

Let's follow these steps to Fix common DIRECTV app issues.
Also, we recommend you to verify your internet speed, and check the suggested speed for DIRECTV STREAM.

Did all of this already.  Im getting between 30 and 60mbps download speeds. I see a bunch of people complaining about this problem also.  Im in the central east part of California

Can someone please fill us in on what’s going on? We are all having the same issue and speaking to everyone in a DM is not helping. Why do you want to have the same conversations over and over. This has been going on for at least 5 days with no update or resolution.

This is a complete Joke,  no resolution,  Directv has done nothing.  These stupid people in the chat actually thought I needed to reset my password because I couldnt login with a forgotten password.    

I have been using this service for almost 10 years,   im gonna cancel this service next week and switch to Youtube TV Live..   I cant keep paying for nothing.

@rgsilverman You have not been using DirecTV Stream for 10 years! The streaming service (with all the name changes) did not exist 10 years ago.

..and no one here in a public forum is going to resolve the issue. I am sure the engineers are working on the issue and until they can resolve the issue continue to rant will get you nowhere. The help reps are only 1st level support located here. They work mainly from scripts and support documents. They can not resolve the issue. Frustrated or not you will just have to wait until a resolution is made.

@bcbsncjlj ,  Im not waiting anymore.  I just cancelled Directv Stream..  and I got a refund of my last month payment.     

Goodbye to this joke.

I have now signed up for HULU..  Works great and even better and clearer than Directv Stream.

And as an added bonus,  when I use my AMEX platinum to pay monthly,  Amex credits me $20.00 a month!!!   So this is great.  Im getting service that works, and im paying less!!!

SAME problem with Starlink since Monday. They should get it fixed, and soon. If I connect to Hughes.net, I can get the stream, but NOT Starlink. Worked great for 3-4 weeks, so I sent my SAT boxs back and switched. Now this. Not happy.

@drmax95451 ,   Just switch to another service,   I switched to HULU yesterday works fine.

I was a directv stream customer for 5 years..

Directv Stream is not capable of fixing the problem or they just dont care.


NEED HELP?
