Make sure you are using the right userID. It may be different than your other AT&T IDs if the account is not bundled.

If you're not sure, you can learn how to Find your ID.


If your userID and password are still not being recognized, try resetting your password.

  • Do not keep trying because your account will be locked out after several failed attempts.
  • If you are locked out of your account, wait at least 1 hour before attempting to sign in again.
  • If you continue to try to sign in and are locked out again, you will have to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to sign in.
  • Learn how to reset your password.

Other Helpful Tips

Try signing in with a  different device.

If you are having troubles signing in on a different device, try clearing cache and cookies or restarting the app.


Google Sign In

Your Google sign in is different from your AT&T sign in. Get help from Google if you are having troubles signing into your Google account.
