Hello, @condor6. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Let's try these steps to remove the app: 1. Please press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu. 2. Navigate to Apps, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner. 3. Next, select the app you want to delete. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
My TVs that are not using the ATT TVbox keeps buffering. I have talked to several people and replaced my modem. The last person said I had to restore me TVs to the factory defaults then reload all my apps. The TV only buffers when on Direct Stream. Is there any other way to fix this. I tried just uninstalling the Direct Stream app, but that stop the buffering. Any suggestions??
My tvs that are not on the direct box and that I have downloaded the app to use keeps buffering. I have talked to several ATT personnel. The last one said the only way to stop it is to take my tvs back to factory default and reinstall all the apps. I tried just uninstalling the direct stream app but that didn't work. It only buffers on direct stream.

2. Navigate to Apps, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Next, select the app you want to delete. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.

The whole problem is with the DirecTV Stream App they supply to Samsung.
Sometimes the App works fine for a while and then it spazzes out and much of it can vary depending what Network you are viewing.
Set your TV to your preferences and hope for the best. If your TV has a 'Game Mode', use it to see if things get better.
