Directv streaming library problem

I have a Samsung QN85QN85DBB I purchased at Costco, at first everything seemed to work, but now when I go to my library and try to watch a program, the only option I get is to delete the program, same on all the recordings in my library

I have deleted the app and re installed without success, and a couple of months ago spent time on the phone with Directv tech support, they said it was a known problem and working on it. Has anything been found yet to address this

Many of the Samsung apps have been very buggy for a long time. I stopped using the Smart TV app on my Samnsung TVs and bought Rokus or Fire Sticks. No issues now. The external devices seem to work much better than the Smart TV built in ones.
