The Gemini Air is for the streaming service DTV via internet AKA DTV streaming so you may want to post in their forum as they may know if it uses Bluetooth and can connect to hearing aids.

DTV satellite has the C71WK Gemini that does use a Bluetooth remote to control it but unknown if it broadcasts audio to connect to hearing aids.
