Select the program you want to record.
Hit "Record"
Select "Record Series"
Next screen select "All Episodes" or "New Episodes", then hit "Record Series".

When setting up Series recordings you have the option to set them as All Recordings or New Episodes. As far as the limit, a max of 30 episodes are allowed. When it goes over the oldest ones are deleted. Also all recoding will be deleted after they are on the DVR for 90 days.

How? I could do it on the Genie screen but we switched to streaming and I can’t find any series option other than record every episode

What streaming device are you using? That option should appear when you set up a recording.
