DVR recordings are pixelated. Streaming and live are fine. If it can't be fixed I will cancel! DVR is the only reason I pay $100 month.

DVR recordings are pixelated. If the quality is bad on the recordings and it can't be full HD then I will Cancel this. The live and streaming works full High Def no pix-elation ether. The problem is not in the connection to DIRECTV it is the connection to the stored recordings. Please help remedy.

Does this happen on all channels or only some, one? Which ones? What streaming devices are you utilizing? Has this been an issue in the past? Does this issue occur on your phone, iPad, or other device? What are your upload and download speeds? (speedtest.net)

Any channel recorded when played back pixelates, on any device. I use ATT&T router UP and Down speeds are over 300Mps. DVR Cloud storage recordings are the issue. I don't use WiFi for TV, the computer is connected to ethernet.
