Express your concern to a support rep. Nothing or no one can make modifications to the app from an open community forum. You can also voice your request to a support rep on Facebook or Twitter.

We would all love to have that feature. 

Miss it since coming from satellite.

Maybe in time will they add that but as of now, you do get a min or two after the show if that is not enough then you will have to keep recording the show after.  You could always go on Twitter or Reddit to voice your complaint.  If they get enough people to keep asking for that feature maybe they will add it.

People have been asking for that feature for about 5 years (since the DVR was added to the service). It’s unclear why this would be hard to add, assuming they keep unique copies of each recording, which they appear to.
