Experiencing a weird problem ...

I recorded Gordon Ramsey's Road Trip on FOX last night and watched it today.  When I deleted it from my DVR Recordings it went away but any time I return to DVR Recordings it's still there.  I've tried both ways of deleting it, I even left the Box and tried deleting it through my Roku.  It deletes, but always comes back.  On my DTV Box I even "restarted" it with no success.  So the program remains there.

Additionally, when trying to set a recording for tonight's Gordon Ramsey Road Trip it says the recording is set but isn't listed on Upcoming Recordings.  What's going on ???
