FanDuel HELP

We just switched over to DT Stream because Fanduel issues here in the Cincinnati/Ohio market. We were happy to see it's included in DT bundle. I repeatedly asked if my two college students away from home could access the channels/games. The guy assured me no problem via stream. Well, My son is in Southern KY and tried to access Fanduel to watch Cleveland Cavs game (which we can see here at home in Cincinnati) but he was unable to. What are we doing wrong? Was I given false information from the sales rep?
