How do I create separate Favorite Channel lists for my wife and I?

You can only set up one favorite list per account, and the same list will appear on all of your devices.

From the guide, select appropriate channels, by marking the "heart" for that channel. FAQ reference here

Thank you lou_do. This is disappointing- YouTubeTV allows 4 sub accounts, each with their own settings. But they dropped coverage of my local sports teams so looking at DirecTV as a possible replacement.
