How do I make a DIRECTV Stream feature request? Is there a specific email address which should be used?

We are just customers just like you.  So we cannot help you with this.  But if you call customer service Phone # below and tell them of your request they can make a note of it.  If I may ask what kind of feature do you want to request?

I am fully aware that this is a Customer Forum. I am not looking to anyone on this forum to make my request. Most community forums are in place for community members to share information. I am hoping someone else in the DirecTV Stream community has experience in communicating Feature Requests to DirecTV and is willing to share how they went about it.

I just started using DirecTV stream last week. There are 3 features I would like to see implemented 

1) User Profiles

2) Multiple streams at the same time on the same device (for example, the ability to watch 4 football games on 1 device - Fubo has this feature)

3) Automatic commercial skipping when programs are recorded (TiVo has this feature)

@CzarMark yes I agree with you those features would be nice and many have requested them as well. I would call customer service and do what @litzdog911 said and post them on Directv Stream's Facebook and Twitter pages.

How many times to we have to make a DirectTV feature request until it actually is fixed? The entire planet has requested the "Are you still there" option to turn it off. It needs to be fixed and is literally a simple request to add a switch in the app to turn this on and off. This has been requested for YEARS!!! Everyone is STILL waiting for this. Please help!!!!!
