FETV picture quality issues
Anytime I’m watching FETV, there’s consistently picture quality issues about every two minutes. It will go from perfect to a scrambled type appearance throughout programming. It happens at night and during the day. It’s only this channel that has this issue. I don’t think that this is something that will be resolved simply from unplugging the Gemini box and plugging it back in.

The quality of the picture and many other factors are determined by the broadcaster, and sometimes require specific equipment or settings to access. I have noticed a "green scramble" that flashes a few times per hour on only FETV. It is probably FETV's feed. I use the app on Roku.

@DIRECTVhelp can you report the issue to engineering and have them look at this? How can the first poster have no issues and then two of us have TV exact same picture quality issue?

The problem went away but came back. Normally use an external Roku device, but did some testing. I tried watching FETV on an Android phone with the DTV app. The same problem happens. Then I tried with the website https://stream.directv.com/watchnow on a Windows laptop using Chrome. The same problem happens there too. I'm guessing that the problem is with the feed from FETV.

I've been having the same problem. The only thing I watch on FETV is Bewitched (which I record). I have over 50 episodes. Picture interruptions, green patterned flashes, etc. Sometimes the lip sync is so off I have to just delete the episode. This has been going on a long time. It's not something that WE (the customer) should have to resolve.
BTW. I'm normally watching using my DTV Stream box and it's NOT my internet.

I contacted FETV directly and I received this reply from a FETV staff engineer, "Please advise if you are still seeing the issue now."
So it seems to be a FETV problem.
